Search the exact lot number in the Certificate Library and review Quality & Testing.

Shipping or tracking question

Review the Shipping Policy and include the order number and account email in your message.

Return or refund question

Account approval question

Include the email used to register and enough information to identify the account under review.

Damaged shipment?

Keep the box, shipping label, internal packaging, product, and vial label. Photograph the exterior damage, internal packaging, affected product, and lot number. Submit the form first; support will provide the next step for supplying images.
