01
Scope and policy hierarchy
This Policy applies to every visitor, applicant, account holder,
purchaser, recipient, employee, contractor, agent, laboratory,
organization, and other person or entity that accesses, requests,
receives, transfers, handles, or uses a Forge LX Labs product.
It applies to the website, access gate, customer-account application,
approval process, product pages, labels, packaging, certificates,
analytical documentation, communications, orders, invoices, and
fulfillment records.
This Policy supplements the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy,
Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and product-specific
documentation. The stricter restriction controls when two provisions
differ.
02
Definitions
In-vitro research
Laboratory research performed outside a living human or animal
body, including analysis conducted in laboratory vessels,
analytical instruments, assays, or other controlled research systems.
Approved account
A customer account that Forge LX Labs has manually reviewed and
authorized for purchasing access. Approval is conditional,
revocable, and limited to the verified applicant and stated research.
Qualified personnel
Personnel with education, training, experience, supervision, and
authorization appropriate to the material, method, equipment,
hazards, controls, records, and disposal procedures involved.
Prohibited administration
Any ingestion, injection, implantation, inhalation, topical
application, dosing, delivery, exposure, testing, or other
introduction of a product into or onto a human or animal.
03
Applicant classifications
Purchasing access is not offered to ordinary consumers or personal
users. An applicant must qualify under one of the following
classifications and provide information sufficient for verification.
Institutional or registered entity
A laboratory, corporation, limited-liability company, university,
educational institution, analytical facility, government entity,
or other registered organization conducting legitimate research.
Forge LX Labs may request the legal entity name, business or

domain-based email, registration record, EIN confirmation, or
comparable documentation.
Independent professional researcher
An individual acting in a legitimate professional research
capacity with verifiable affiliation, lawful access to an
appropriate laboratory, authorization to use that facility,
relevant qualifications, a detailed research declaration, and
supporting documentation when requested.
Forge LX Labs may determine that an applicant does not fit either
classification or that the supplied information is insufficient.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
04
Eligibility, verification, and account approval

purchased. Forge LX Labs may withhold prices, purchasing functions,
quantity access, or fulfillment until review is complete.
- The applicant and all authorized account users must be at least 21 years old.
- All application, organization, laboratory, billing, shipping, and contact information must be accurate, current, complete, and verifiable.

- The applicant must provide a sufficiently detailed lawful in-vitro research purpose.
- The applicant must complete all required policy acknowledgments at registration and Checkout.
- The applicant must provide supporting documents or explanations requested during review.

represents, warrants, and agrees that:
- All information and documents supplied to Forge LX Labs are accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

- The purchaser will restrict account credentials and product access to approved and authorized personnel.
- The purchaser will immediately stop use and notify Forge LX Labs when the stated research purpose, facility, authorization, or eligibility is no longer accurate.
These duties continue after approval, payment, shipment, delivery,
use, account suspension, and account closure. Approval is not a
license, certification, legal opinion, regulatory authorization, or
assurance that a particular transaction or use is lawful.
10
Handling, storage, security, traceability, and disposal
The purchaser is solely responsible for evaluating hazards and
establishing appropriate controls before receiving or handling a product.

Application review, order screening, refusal, and account action
Forge LX Labs may review and investigate applications, accounts,
communications, orders, quantities, payment information, delivery
information, and account activity for consistency with the verified
research purpose and this Policy.
Review or action may be triggered by circumstances including:
- Incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, unverifiable, or misleading information.
- Residential, freight-forwarding, mailbox, or other delivery information that does not reasonably match the stated research setting.
- Unusually large, frequent, repeated, or patterned orders inconsistent with the approved research declaration.
- Multiple accounts, names, addresses, devices, payment methods, or organizations suggesting circumvention or diversion.

disable purchasing, suspend or terminate an account, preserve records,
or take other appropriate action. Forge LX Labs is not required to
disclose confidential screening criteria or investigative methods.
13
Communications indicating prohibited use
Forge LX Labs does not provide human or animal dosing, administration,
reconstitution-for-administration, syringe-unit, cycle, stack,

to administer this Policy and document the transaction, subject to
the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.
- Applicant and customer identifiers.
- Organization, affiliation, laboratory, address, role, and research-purpose information.

approval, legal review, or regulatory authorization that may be required.
15
Reporting suspected misuse, diversion, or unauthorized access
Account holders must promptly notify Forge LX Labs of suspected
personal use, human or animal administration, diversion, theft, loss,
unauthorized access, altered labels, fraudulent account information,
prohibited resale, unlawful transfer, or other conduct inconsistent
