Research use and account approval
Forge LX Labs products are intended exclusively for lawful in-vitro laboratory research by qualified and approved purchasers.
What are Forge LX Labs products intended for?
Products are intended solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research conducted outside any human or animal body. They are not intended for consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or therapeutic use.
Review the complete Research Use Policy before creating an account or placing an order.
Are the products intended for human or veterinary use?
No. Products are not for human use, veterinary use, food use, household use, cosmetic use, compounding, clinical use, or administration in any form.
Who may purchase from Forge LX Labs?
Purchasers must be legally permitted to acquire the requested materials and must intend to use them only for lawful in-vitro research. Forge LX Labs may request information concerning the purchaser, institution, laboratory, intended research context, or other facts needed to review an account or order.
Why does my account require approval?
Account review helps Forge LX Labs evaluate whether a purchaser and proposed transaction are consistent with the site's research-use requirements. Registration does not guarantee approval, and approval does not guarantee that every future order will be accepted.
Can Forge LX Labs provide dosing, administration, protocol, or medical advice?
No. Forge LX Labs does not provide dosing instructions, administration guidance, reconstitution instructions for use in a body, medical advice, veterinary advice, therapeutic recommendations, or clinical protocols.
Customer support is limited to lawful research-use questions, order status, shipping, published product information, lot records, and website assistance.
Testing and Certificates of Analysis
Each analytical method answers a different question. No single result establishes every possible product characteristic.
What is a Certificate of Analysis?
A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, is documentation summarizing the laboratory information, sample identification, methods performed, and reported results associated with a tested sample.
The original laboratory report is the source document. A website summary does not replace chromatograms, spectra, notes, signatures, revisions, or limitations contained in that report.
How do I locate the correct COA for my product?
Find the lot number printed on the product label and search for that exact lot in the Certificate Library. The product name alone is not enough; the lot number should match exactly.
What does identity testing show?
Identity testing evaluates whether the tested sample is consistent with the expected compound using the method stated by the laboratory. Depending on the report, this may include mass spectrometry or another stated analytical method.
What does HPLC or UPLC purity show?
HPLC or UPLC reports chromatographic purity under the laboratory's stated analytical conditions. It reflects the relative area of detected components under that method.
A chromatographic purity percentage does not automatically establish vial content, identity, sterility, endotoxin status, stability, suitability, or any other characteristic not separately tested.
What is quantitative-content testing?
When performed, quantitative testing evaluates the measured amount in the tested vial or sample. It is separate from chromatographic purity and should appear as its own method and result in the applicable report.
Does every product and lot receive the same testing panel?
No. Testing can vary by product, lot, laboratory, sample, and requested analytical panel. Review the applicable lot-specific COA to determine exactly what was tested and reported.
Are every lot's sterility and endotoxin levels tested?
No universal sterility or endotoxin claim is made. A lot should be considered tested for a particular characteristic only when that specific test and result appear in the applicable laboratory report.
A missing or unreported test must not be interpreted as completed or passed.
Does a published COA guarantee safety or suitability for my experiment?
No. Analytical results apply to the tested sample, methods, and reported characteristics. They do not guarantee safety, stability, regulatory status, suitability for a particular experiment, or a specific research outcome.
Orders, storage, and shipping
Published policies and the information shown during checkout control over general timing estimates.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Processing depends on account approval, order review, payment status, product availability, weekends, holidays, and any additional information needed to evaluate the transaction.
Review the current Shipping Policy and your order confirmation for the most applicable information.
When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking is provided after the shipment is prepared and the carrier record is created. Carrier acceptance and tracking updates may not appear immediately after a label is generated.
Can I change or cancel an order after it is placed?
Contact support immediately. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered review, processing, packaging, or shipment. The applicable Terms and Conditions and Returns and Refunds Policy control.
How should products be stored?
Follow the storage information printed on the product label and any applicable product documentation. Keep products secured, properly identified, protected from unauthorized access, and separated from food, beverages, medicines, cosmetics, and household materials.
Forge LX Labs does not provide instructions for preparation, reconstitution, or administration in humans or animals.
Do you ship to every location?
No. Shipping availability depends on applicable law, carrier service, product restrictions, purchaser approval, and Forge LX Labs policy. An address appearing at checkout does not guarantee that an order will be accepted or shipped.
Returns, damage, and customer support
Preserve all packaging and contact support promptly when reporting a shipment problem.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Do not discard the shipping box, internal packaging, vial, label, or carrier materials. Photograph:
- The exterior shipping box and shipping label
- Any visible carrier damage
- The internal packaging
- The affected product and lot number
- Any leakage, breakage, or missing contents
Contact support promptly with your order number and photographs so the issue can be reviewed under the published policies.
Can products be returned or refunded?
Eligibility depends on the circumstances and the published Returns and Refunds Policy. Because these are controlled research materials with chain-of-custody and integrity concerns, opened, altered, improperly stored, or returned products may not be eligible for resale or refund.
What information should I include when contacting support?
Include your full name, account email, order number, product name, lot number, and a clear description of the question or problem. Include photographs when reporting packaging, labeling, damage, or shipment issues.
